Coastal Care Partners recently celebrated the grand opening of their new location in Bluffton, South Carolina. Located at Suite 101 in Towne Commons Business Park, their team was on site to celebrate a ribbon cutting with local business and community leaders in addition to chamber representatives from the Bluffton Chamber of Commerce.

The new facility will offer aging care services including nurse care management, in-home care - and coming soon adult primary care.
