Eastern Wharf, a vibrant, inviting destination overlooking the Savannah River at 101 Port St. in Savannah, Ga., is pleased to announce an exciting line-up of community events that will take place this fall. 

“From live music by The Intracoastal Playboys to the inaugural Hostess City Food and Wine Fest, there will be something for everyone to enjoy at Eastern Wharf this fall,” said Kayne Lanahan, Eastern Wharf Executive Director. “We’re committed to providing an inclusive, community-focused space that showcases the talent, flavors and traditions that make Savannah special. We warmly invite everyone to join us at Eastern Wharf for family-friendly fun.”

Eastern Wharf will host the following community events throughout Fall 2025:

SAVANNAH SUNSET MARKET AT EASTERN WHARF
Thursday, October 9; October 23; November 11 and December 11

4:30 to 7:30 p.m. | Free 

This bi-weekly farmers' market, curated by Savannah Sunset Market, offers a vibrant gathering of farmers, artisans and food vendors. Shop fresh produce, local handcrafted goods and artisan foods, plus enjoy live music, delicious eats from local food vendors and free Sunset Yoga Classes at 6 p.m.

4^th ANNUAL BLUES, BREWS, BBQ & BOURBON

Saturday, October 11

noon to 4 p.m. | 11 a.m. VIP Admission

Hosted by the Coastal Conservation Association of Georgia, this high-energy 21+ event will feature live performances by top local blues artists Eric Culberson, the Ben Kaiser Trio and Bottles and Cans. Savor world-class barbeque plus enjoy unlimited tastings of more than 50 craft beers and whiskeys. Proceeds will benefit the Coastal Conservation Association of Georgia, a nonprofit organization committed to conserving, promoting and enhancing coastal marine resources.

RIVERFRONT CONCERT SERIES: THE INTRACOASTAL PLAYBOYS

Presented in partnership with Savannah Stopover Music Festival, this free, family-friendly concert will showcase The Intracoastal Playboys, a rising country band with a gritty edge that’s defined by honky-tonk influences and unmistakable alt-country swagger. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy live music overlooking the Savannah River. Featured food trucks will include Ark Royal Burgers, Bow Tie BBQ, Mexicali Fresh and Jonny Boy Cookies plus enjoy food and drinks from Eastern Wharf favorites like Squirrel’s Pizza and bar by fleeting.

EASTERN WHARF OYSTER AND PIG ROAST

Enjoy fresh oysters, a sizzling pig roast, delicious sides, tempting desserts plus live music by Rockin' Scott & the Hot Shots, who specialize in New Orleans-inspired blues and roots rock ‘n’ roll. VIP tickets are available, which also include Tybee Island Salt Bomb oysters, a commemorative oyster knife, complimentary VIP parking, free beer and wine and more.

Don’t miss Savannah’s newest and most exciting culinary event! Produced by Connect Savannah Events, the inaugural Hostess City Food and Wine Fest Savannah will feature unlimited tastings from top local chefs, restaurants and beverage partners as well as live music and wine tastings with Sommelier Caleb Poppell. A portion of the proceeds from every ticket sold will be donated to Gilliard & Co., a Savannah-based nonprofit organization supporting youth who are aging out of the foster care system.

EASTERN WHARF FOOD TRUCK FESTIVAL

The second annual Eastern Wharf Food Truck Festival will offer delicious bites and live music on the waterfront, featuring many of Savannah’s favorite local bands. More than 30 food trucks from across the region will serve a wide variety of cuisine, showcasing the quality and variety of coastal Georgia’s thriving food truck scene. Don’t miss the Lowcountry’s biggest and most delicious food truck festival!

LIGHT THE NIGHT SAVANNAH

Thursday, November 20

5 to 9 p.m. | Free

Presented by Blood Cancer United, the annual Light the Night event invites the Savannah community to celebrate, honor and remember those whose lives have been impacted by leukemia, lymphoma and other blood cancers. Participants will carry lanterns and help raise funds for life-saving blood cancer research and support services.

In addition, Thompson Savannah will offer something for everyone this fall, including the IMPACT Magazine Vol 4 No. 2 Launch Party + Opening Reception of "YOINK!" by Chris Moss on October 9 from 6 to 8 p.m. and Giving Tuesday at Bar Julian on October 14 from 5 to 7 p.m. with 20% of sales being donated to Mary’s Place, a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting survivors of sexual assault. Fleeting will host the Salt & Shells Oyster Roast on October 19 from 4 to 6 p.m. Bar Julian will host The Last Kiss - A Vampire Prom on October 31 from 9 p.m. to midnight, offering spine-chilling fun, costume contests, a live DJ. haunted cocktail specials and more. Plus, bar by fleeting presents complimentary Tarot & Palm Readings and live piano music every Thursday in October from 4 to 6 p.m.

Plus, Syd Nichole at Eastern Wharf will host several special events this fall, including The Life of a Showgirl: Flower Workshop on October 12 at 1 p.m. and the Harvest in Bloom: Dried Flower Pumpkin Workshop on October 23 at 6 p.m. To learn more or to register, please visit sydnichole.com.

Also, Otium studio will present MICRODŌSE Day, a special two-year-anniversary celebration on October 11 from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., offering free 30-minutes exercise classes and complimentary coffee and matcha from Java Burrito. Otium will also host Free Yoga Flow in The Park every Sunday at 9:30 a.m. and Flow for Good in The Park on October 19 at 9:30 a.m., with proceeds benefiting Savannah Pride Center.
