Evan Bennett, PE, Named Director of Water/Wastewater for Hussey Gay Bell’s Savannah Operations

Hussey Gay Bell is pleased to announce the promotion of Evan Bennett, PE, to Director of Water/Wastewater for the firm's Savannah operations. With more than 20 years of experience, Bennett has built a tremendous reputation in our region in the civil engineering field. Since joining Hussey Gay Bell nine years ago, he has managed and designed projects for public and private clients, including water distribution and wastewater collection systems, utility master planning, stormwater management and transportation improvements. In his new role, he will oversee the firm’s water and wastewater practice in Savannah, utilizing our water resource talent in various Hussey Gay Bell offices as well. He will also lead market growth initiatives through client development and relationship management while providing technical oversight.

Bennett earned both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and completed the Georgia Tech Regional Engineering Program at Georgia Southern University. He is a registered professional engineer in Georgia, a graduate of Leadership Southeast Georgia (Class of 2020) and Leadership Bulloch (Class of 2019), an ASCE member and an ACEC Future Leaders graduate.
