Hussey Gay Bell is pleased to announce the addition of Mary Glenn Dillard, EIT, as a Civil Design Engineer in the firm’s Savannah office. Dillard brings five years of civil engineering experience supporting site development projects for both public and private sector clients across the Southeast. Her areas of expertise include site layout and grading, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, utility design, and permitting coordination. Dillard has contributed to a variety of environmentally sensitive projects, including work on port facilities, national parks and protected wildlife refuges. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
