Livingood's owner, Phyllis Livingood, addressed attendees, stating, "This groundbreaking is a powerful statement about our future and our dedication to providing top-tier service. We are excited to unify our operations in one modern facility that will allow us to serve our customers even better for decades to come. As we approach our 50th anniversary in 2026, this new building secures the longevity of the Livingood’s brand and positions the second generation to successfully lead us into the next 50 years."

The event was attended by Pooler Mayor Karen Williams and Pooler City Manager Heath Lloyd, underscoring the city's recognition of Livingood's ongoing investment in local development and job creation.
