CADDA Strengthens Leadership With New Board and Staff Additions

The Coastal Area District Development Authority (CADDA), a nonprofit business lender based in Savannah and Brunswick, is proud to announce updates to its board of directors and staff leadership. The appointment of four new board officers and the addition of two new employees aim to strengthen the organization's impact.
“Our newest board officers and staff members bring remarkable expertise and a shared commitment to helping small businesses thrive,” said Terry Louk, CADDA Chief Executive Officer. “Their leadership and insight play a key role in advancing our mission and the economic health of our region."
The board of directors provides strategic guidance and oversight for CADDA and is comprised of individuals with a diverse range of expertise in business, banking, as well as community development. Each member helps the organization identify opportunities, address challenges, and stay connected to the needs of small businesses across the region. The new board leadership is as follows:

Secretary: Joe Ford, United Community Bank
CADDA also brought on two key staff members to strengthen its lending operations and client support. Kelly Godfrey rejoined the organization as loan officer, bringing years of experience in small business lending and community engagement. Paul Depew joined as loan processor and underwriter as well, with his role supporting the growing number of new lending applicants and portfolio of loans.
