Hussey Gay Bell announces the appointment of Stephanie Dammen-Morrell as a Principal, expanding the firm’s leadership team.

Dammen-Morrell has been with Hussey Gay Bell since 2013 and serves as Director of Marketing and Business Development for the firm’s family of companies across the Southeast. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in management and leadership roles within the architecture, engineering and construction industry. In her role, she leads firmwide marketing strategy, brand positioning and business development initiatives and works closely with executive leadership to support strategic planning and client development.

She is actively involved in regional and industry organizations and currently serves as Chair of the Board for Leadership Southeast Georgia. She is the Immediate Past Post President and a Board Member of the Society of American Military Engineers, Savannah Post, and serves on the Board of Directors for Senior Citizens, Inc.

 

She is also a member of the Georgia Economic Developers Association, Urban Land Institute Atlanta, and the Society for Marketing Professional Services, and is an SIOR Affiliate. In addition, she serves in an advisory capacity on the Savannah Economic Development Authority’s RISE Marketing Working Group, focused on workforce recruitment strategies for the coastal region. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Northern Iowa, is a graduate of Leadership Savannah, Leadership Southeast Georgia, and Leadership Georgia, and was named one of Engineering Georgia’s Top 100 Influential Women in Georgia in 2020.
