McKibbon Hospitality has announced the promotion of Dylan Mizenko to Market Director of Sales overseeing the Hampton Inn Savannah Historic District, Holiday Inn Express Savannah Historic District, and Tempo by Hilton Savannah Historic District, which is set to open in 2026.
In his new role, Mizenko will lead sales strategy, performance, and account development across all three properties—totaling more than 400 rooms in the heart of downtown Savannah. He will continue to strengthen relationships with corporate, government, and group clients while developing new market initiatives in partnership with the general managers and revenue teams at each hotel.
Mizenko will also be instrumental in introducing visitors and residents to one of Hilton’s newest lifestyle brands with the opening of Tempo by Hilton Savannah Historic District. Bringing a modern, lifestyle-driven experience to downtown, the hotel will feature thoughtfully designed guest rooms, wellness-focused amenities, vibrant social spaces, and a rooftop restaurant and bar offering sweeping city views.
“Dylan has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of the Savannah market,” said Charity Wilson, Regional Director of Sales & Marketing for McKibbon Hospitality. “His ability to foster collaboration across teams and cultivate strong client relationships makes him the perfect fit to lead our sales efforts across this growing portfolio.”
Mizenko brings nearly a decade of hospitality experience across Savannah’s top properties. He most recently served as Complex Sales Manager for the Embassy and Hampton Inn & Suites Historic Downtown, where he oversaw business and government sales and played a key role in revenue growth initiatives. Before that, he spent several years with the Marriott Savannah Riverfront, managing group sales and client relationships for large-scale corporate and social events.
As a longtime Savannah hospitality professional, Mizenko has cultivated strong partnerships with organizations such as Visit Savannah, the Tourism Leadership Council, and multiple regional associations, ensuring McKibbon’s hotels remain front and center for major events and conventions in the Historic District. A native of Georgia’s coast, Mizenko is completing his Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Penn Foster and remains actively engaged in Savannah’s business and tourism community.
