BankSouth is pleased to announce the addition of Nichole Hearn as Business Development Officer for the BankSouth@Work program, based at the company's Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) banking center in Bryan County.

With more than two decades of professional experience spanning retail banking, operations, and account management, Hearn brings a strong background in relationship development, team leadership, and client-focused service. In her role at the HMGMA branch, she will serve in a full-service capacity while leading growth and outreach efforts for the BankSouth@Work program across Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America and its Tier 1 suppliers.

Hearn's banking career includes serving as Branch Manager at Branch Banking & Trust Company and HR Manager at S Bank. She most recently served as Account Manager at Platinum Cement Supply in Savannah and has held leadership roles across operations and account management throughout her career. Throughout her career, she has focused on building strong client relationships, supporting team members, and delivering consistent, service-driven results.

At the HMGMA branch, Hearn will perform the full range of Universal Banker responsibilities, including in-branch service, account openings, and transaction support, while also maintaining an active on-site presence within HMGMA facilities. She will connect directly with employees through outreach initiatives and financial education seminars, guiding team members through deposit products, consumer lending solutions, and digital banking tools.

"What excites me most about serving Meta Pros at HMGMA is building real relationships and being part of their story," said Hearn. "I want them to feel confident and supported in their financial decisions, whether they’re planning for the future or navigating an important milestone. For me, banking is about trust, connection, and being a consistent resource they can rely on."

Through BankSouth@Work, Hearn will serve as a direct, on-site resource for employees and affiliated suppliers, providing convenient access to everyday banking services and financial guidance. Her addition further strengthens BankSouth’s commitment to supporting the HMGMA community and the continued growth of the Savannah region.
