The partners of Bouhan Falligant LLP have elected Shayna A. Bowen as the firm’s next managing partner. Bowen has been with the firm since 2019 and served on its management committee since 2024. 

As managing partner, Bowen will oversee the firm’s day-to-day operations, talent strategy, and execution of the firm’s strategic plan. 

Bowen succeeds Melanie L. Marks, who has served as managing partner since 2019. The firm offers its sincere gratitude to Marks for her exemplary leadership. Under her guidance, Bouhan Falligant achieved significant milestones and continued its reputation for excellence.
