In her new position, Pulte provides full-service representation for residential buyers, sellers and investors, guiding them through Savannah, Ga. real estate market with clarity and confidence. She extends Judge Realty’s legacy of exceptional service and offers transaction coordination from listing to closing, including pricing strategy, high-impact marketing, skillful negotiation and contract management.

Prior to her successful real estate career, she worked in finance and information technology.
She earned a B.A. in Marketing from Ball State University and a graduate degree in Systems Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Her diverse background in finance, information technology, marketing and real estate investing helps her deliver smart pricing strategies, skilled negotiation and thoughtful guidance tailored to each client’s goals.
Deeply committed to giving back to the community, Pulte serves as a board member for the Savannah Downtown Neighborhood Association and is a dedicated volunteer for the Humane Society for Greater Savannah. Originally from Ohio, she currently resides in Savannah’s National Historic Landmark District.
