Coastal Care Partners and The Landings Golf & Athletic Club on Skidaway Island recently announced their partnership for Coastal Care Partners to provide all physical therapy services at Oakridge Wellness Center.

Beginning March 16th, Coastal Care Partners will provide rehabilitation services and performance- driven care to members associated with The Landings Golf & Athletic Club. Physical therapy services will include post-surgical rehabilitation, sports and activities injuries, neck and back pain, joint and mobility, and balance and fall prevention.

Medical services will be provided by dedicated clinicians including Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist Clint Crawley. Dr. Crawley has over a decade of experience in orthopedics and sports medicine. Joining Dr. Crawley is Doctor of Physical Therapy Donna McMahan. Dr. McMahan has extensive experience treating neurological diagnosis including stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries, and brain injuries. Laura Anneken will serve as the Physical Care Center’s Patient Care Coordinator and will work with all members on patient care needs related to their healthcare experience.

Coastal Care Physical Therapy will also offer golf-focused evaluation and treatment by a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI)-certified therapist. These services will include addressing physical limitations that impact performance in addition to evaluating movement patterns to reduce injury risks.
