"Be Moved Drive Program" Savannah Area Mazda Event Announced

Staff Report From Georgia CEO

Monday, March 16th, 2026

Mazda is proudly bringing its “Be Moved Drive Program” to Savannah on March 26, 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for the community as it combines local education support with a fun, no-pressure event.

Mazda is committed to uplifting communities and inspiring students  to discover what moves them forward in life. That’s why J.C. Lewis Mazda is hosting the Be Moved Drive Program, an initiative to support local schools.

On Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 3:00 p.m., we invite all 18+ U.S. legal residents with a valid driver’s license to Richmond Hill High School for a complimentary test drive of a new Mazda vehicle. But this event isn’t just about cars, it’s about empowering local education. For every qualified test drive taken in a Mazda vehicle at the special one-day event, Mazda will donate $50 to the school (up to $10,000).  Education plays a crucial role in empowering and helping students discover what inspires them so they can do more of what moves them. This program is one way Mazda is investing in the future of our students and uplifting the community, one test drive at a time.

The Drive Program is part of Be Moved, the community engagement program at Mazda.  Be Moved is how Mazda uplifts the communities it serves and celebrates those who are inspired to move others.  Anyone is welcome to attend the Be Moved Drive Program event. To take a qualified test drive that supports the school donation, participants must be at least 18 years old
and hold a valid driver’s license. Guests who do not drive are also encouraged to explore Mazda vehicles and learn more about the program.

Mazda vehicles also recently earned top marks in the new Safety Verdict assessment from Consumer Reports, recognizing the brand’s strong real-world performance in crash prevention, braking, handling, and occupant protection. This demonstrates Mazda’s commitment to designing vehicles that are not only fun to drive but also exceptionally safe for drivers and passengers alike.

This event offers a compelling local story about community partnership and educational support. I would be happy to connect you with a representative from both Mazda and Richmond Hill High School to learn more about the upcoming event, its impact on students, and how the Be Moved program has been supporting high school initiatives nationwide. We’d also be delighted to host you at the event if you’d like to experience firsthand and perhaps even take a test drive for yourself!
