Thomas and Hutton Grows Savannah Team with Two New Team Members

Thomas & Hutton (T&H), a privately held and employee-owned  professional services firm known for its award-winning culture and 80 years of shaping communities  across the Southeast, is pleased to welcome David Freeman as a Drone Project Surveyor in the Survey  Department and Isaac Simmons, PE, as a Project Manager in the Structural Department at the firm’s  Savannah office. 

David Freeman, a native of Newnan, Georgia, attended Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, where  he earned an Associate of Science in Wildlife Management. He brings valuable experience in drone  operations and aerial systems from his service in the United States Army, along with certification as a  Part 107 Unmanned Aerial Systems Instructor. At T&H, David will support surveying efforts through  advanced drone technology, contributing to accurate data collection and innovative project delivery. 

Isaac Simmons, PE, earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Mexico Institute of  Mining and Technology. He brings structural engineering experience from projects in New Mexico and  Colorado, along with a diverse professional background that includes work in mechanical engineering. Isaac is a licensed Professional Engineer in both Georgia and Colorado. As a Project Manager, he will  lead structural design efforts, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and support the successful  delivery of projects across a range of markets.
