Amy Pierce, RN, Aging Life Care Professional®, and co-founder of Coastal Care Partners, has published a new book, The Aging Care Blueprint for Families, designed to help families navigate the complex and often overwhelming world of aging care.

As the aging population grows and care decisions become increasingly complex, families are often left without clear guidance. Pierce’s book offers a practical roadmap for families of aging adults, covering topics such as informed decision-making, avoiding costly mistakes, and preparing for both financial and healthcare needs.

With more than 20 years of experience as a registered nurse and care manager, Pierce has built her career around helping older adults age safely, independently, and with dignity.

“Communication is one of the most important components of caring for an aging loved one,” said Pierce. “During one of life’s most significant transitions, families need a clear plan. My goal is to provide a blueprint that helps them feel more prepared, more confident, and more present.”
