Coastal States Bank (“CSB”), a community bank located in Savannah, has announced its expansion into Effingham County with the appointment of Jamie DeLoach as Effingham Market President.
DeLoach brings more than 15 years of banking experience to CSB. With an extensive background in commercial lending, business development and client services, he has helped businesses navigate their finances with tailored banking solutions to support business growth. As Effingham Market President, DeLoach will focus on growing client relationships and expanding the bank’s services throughout the local market.

DeLoach is actively involved in the community, serving as a county commissioner for Effingham County and a member of the Effingham Exchange Club and the Effingham Health System Foundation Board, where he currently serves as Vice Chair.
