Current Edge Solutions recently announced the hire of Senior Project Manager
Jay Deering.

“Jay is a well-respected engineer, and we are excited to have him on our team,” said Current Edge Solutions President Michael Joyner. “His dedication to our industry and this community is evident in his industry experience and expertise.”
With over 30 years of experience, Jay recently served as Mechanical Maintenance Manager with the Georgia Ports Authority. While serving in this capacity for 13 years, Jay’s concentration during this time included long range planning, operations, equipment and employee scheduling, in addition to
many other tasks related to crane management.

Jay received a BS in Physical Science with a concentration in Engineering from Armstrong Atlantic University. He has been recognized with various industry awards over the years including the Outstanding Service Award from the Engineering Society, where he also served as President for a two-year term.
