“Old Savannah Distillery was created to be more than just a spirits maker—it’s a destination,” said Kayla Black, Director of the establishment for its parent company, Historic Tours of America®. “We wanted to create a place where locals and visitors alike can gather, taste, shop, dine, and truly experience the spirit of Savannah. This project has been a labor of love for the last three years. To see it come together as an amazing entertainment complex is really a career highlight for me."
At the core of the destination is Old Savannah Distillery, where guests can explore the art and science of distilling through guided tastings featuring handcrafted spirits inspired by regional traditions and time-honored recipes. Visitors can sample a selection of spirits while learning about the distillation process, ingredients, and the stories behind each pour. The Distillery tasting room is open Monday - Saturday 10am to 5pm, Sunday 12:30pm to 5pm.
