Telfair Museums Appoints Jesse Bloom as New Chief Financial Officer

Telfair Museums announces the appointment of Jesse Bloom as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). A highly regarded executive with a proven track
record in financial governance and strategic growth, Bloom joins the leadership team during a milestone year as the museum celebrates the 140th anniversary of the Telfair Academy and the 20th anniversary of the Jepson Center.
Bloom brings over 20 years of experience in managing complex financial operations across the nonprofit and private sectors. Most recently, she served as Vice President at Quatrro Business Support Services, where she provided financial oversight for twenty nonprofit clients with annual budgets ranging from $3 million to $20 million. Her appointment comes as Telfair Museums implements a strategic restructuring focused on building robust, new revenue streams and supporting its growing member base.
"Jesse is an out-of-the-box thinker known for her ability to facilitate change management and realize critical process improvements," said Alan Sheriff, Telfair Museums’ Board Treasurer who led the search committee which appointed Bloom."

Bloom holds a Master of Business Administration from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Minnesota. She is an active member of the Institute of Management Accountants and the AICPA.
