Thomas & Hutton Announces Stephan Jean's Professional Engineer Licensure in Georgia

Thomas & Hutton (T&H), a privately held and employee-owned professional services firm known for its award-winning culture and 80 years of shaping communities across the Southeast, is pleased to announce that Stephan Jean, PE, GSWCC L2 earned his Professional Engineer (PE) license in Georgia.
Stephan is a Project Manager in T&H’s Savannah office with over five years of experience in civil site design. His work spans residential, commercial, and industrial developments, with involvement throughout the full project lifecycle, including due diligence, conceptual planning, design, permitting, construction oversight, and project closeout.
He brings strong technical expertise in water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure, along with experience in hydraulic and hydrologic modeling and permitting coordination. Stephan is proficient in design and modeling tools including Civil 3D, WaterCAD, ICPR, SSA, and HEC-22.
Stephan earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Georgia in 2020 and holds a GSWCC Level II Certification. He is also actively engaged in the community, serving as a University of Georgia Capstone Mentor and participating in local outreach initiatives through T&H Helping Hands.
