Coastal Consulting Management Group (CCMG) recently announced the
promotion of Jenna Miller to Customer Success Manager. In this role, Jenna will serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Her responsibilities will include ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction in addition to the coordination of internal teams for CCMG.

Jenna has been with CCMG for eight years, originally starting as an Accounting Admin Assistant and Payroll Processor. She has served as the Firm Administrator for the past seven years.

“Jenna is a proven asset to our team,” said CCMG Partner Miller Glover. “She continuously ensures that our clients are supported strategically, leading to stronger relationships and better financial outcomes.”

Jenna received a Bachelor of General Studies from Georgia Southern University, where she majored in business administration and minored in communication arts and fashion merchandising. She is an active volunteer in the community, serving as a volunteer with America’s Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia and the Downtown Savannah Business Association. She is also a member of Saint Peter Apostle Catholic Church.
