Effingham County Parkway Opening Delayed to Late May

April has come and gone and phase one of the Effingham County Parkway has yet to open.
WTOC first reported in December the Parkway was scheduled to open in April.
Effingham County officials said GDOT has given the county an updated construction timeline with phase one now scheduled to open May 30.
