Emily McCarthy recently hosted a panel event featuring Savannah-based entrepreneurs Anne Read Lattimore of LAKE Pajamas and Liz Eicholz of Weezie Towels. The panel, which also included Founder and Creative Director Emily McCarthy, was moderated by Cecilia Russo Turner of Cecilia Russo
Marketing.

In its inaugural year, the signature event was sold out and focused on stories of entrepreneurship, work life balance, and brand management. All four participants established their businesses in the state of Georgia and have continued their careers in the Coastal Empire.

“We are so honored to host these amazing ladies as part of The Founder Edit,” said Creative Director and Founder Emily McCarthy. “Their insight and innovation are unmatched, and the opportunity to learn more about their brand was truly inspirational.”

Attendees were able to hear firsthand how each entrepreneur established their brand, expanded into multiple markets, all while implementing various marketing strategies leading to national exposure.

McCarthy continues, “It was a joy to learn from our attendees how they can use this knowledge to give back to their own communities through civic and community involvement. We hope to continue this event in the near future and are excited to share additional stories of female entrepreneurship.”
