Former Hilton Head Dealership Site to Become Novant Health Facility

The Town of Hilton Head Island has selected Novant Health to redevelop the former Modern Classic Motors property into a new medical facility.
The property is located at 355 William Hilton Parkway. Town Council approved selling the 4.57-acre site to Novant Health for $4.34 million on Dec. 9, 2025.
The planned facility will include a 25,000-square-foot medical office building with surface parking. Potential services include urgent care, primary care, physical therapy and urology.
The project also includes future expansion space for an additional 15,000 square feet of medical offices.
