Judge Realty Leases Prime Retail Space on Broughton Street

Judge Realty recently leased prime retail space at 223 W. Broughton Street to Rancher Hat Bar, a leading Western-inspired custom hat company that encourages customers to choose from a variety of styles, colors and features to design hats that reflect their unique personality.

Judge Realty represented the property owner, Acadia Realty Trust, and worked directly with Rancher Hat Bar to find the ideal commercial space in Savannah. Rancher Hat Bar’s new Savannah location is the company’s first retail store in Georgia, offering custom women’s, men’s and kids hats as well as customizable bandana charm necklaces.

Headquartered in Scottsdale, Ariz., Rancher Hat Bar operates 16 locations across the country, including new stores in Charleston, S.C.; Birmingham, Ala., and Lake Tahoe, Calif.

Customers can choose rancher, trucker and cowboy hats in a wide range of colors, adding accessories including charms and feathers to accentuate their personalized headwear. Celebrity clients include Wynonna Judd, Miranda Lambert, Gavin Adcock and Kelsea Ballerini.

Rancher Hat Bar’s new Savannah location is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
