In her new position at Judge Realty, Estes provides trusted guidance, valuable resources and a seamless real estate experience for residential buyers and sellers as they downsize, relocate or explore new living arrangements. With more than 30 years of experience, she extends Judge Realty’s legacy of exceptional service, guiding clients with compassion, clarity and confidence.

Estes earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) from the National Association of Realtors and has a passion for serving the 50+ population. Her expertise extends to senior housing options, including independent living, assisted living and memory care. Equipped with firsthand experience gained from supporting a loved one through Alzheimer’s disease, she has an intimate understanding of the unique needs of those navigating real estate decisions during pivotal life transitions.

A licensed real estate broker in Georgia and South Carolina, Estes has spent most of her career within the real estate industry. Prior to joining Judge Realty, she worked as REO Director for Freddie Mac & Fannie Mae in Atlanta, as a Managing Broker and Qualifying Broker for several brokerage firms, and as both Sales Manager and General Manager for an independent senior living community.

Deeply committed to giving back to the community, she volunteers locally with The Dolphin Project and One Love Animal Rescue. She is passionate about health and wellness, and teaches SPIN and fitness classes in Savannah.
 
Originally from Atlanta, Estes earned a B.A. in Psychology from Oglethorpe University and currently resides in Savannah’s Ardsley Park neighborhood.
