The Coastal Area District Development Authority (CADDA), a nonprofit small business lender based in Savannah and Brunswick, is pleased to announce that Sarabeth Sutton has successfully completed Grow America’s Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP) Certification Program.
The EDFP Certification Program is a nationally recognized training series designed to strengthen the skills needed to structure, finance, and support economic development projects. The program covers key areas including business credit analysis, real estate finance analysis, loan packaging, deal structuring, negotiation, and problem-solving strategies.
“Completing this certification reflects Sarabeth’s commitment to professional development and to CADDA’s mission of supporting small businesses and economic growth throughout the communities we serve,” said Terrence Louk, CEO of CADDA. “The knowledge gained through this program strengthens our organization’s ability to provide responsible, effective financing solutions to small businesses and development partners.”
As an SBA lender and Certified Development Company, CADDA provides access to capital for small businesses through programs such as the SBA 504 Loan Program, revolving loan funds, and other economic development financing tools. Continued investment in staff training helps ensure CADDA remains a strong resource for borrowers, lenders, and community partners.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to complete the EDFP Certification Program,” said Sarabeth Sutton. “The training provided valuable tools and insight that will help me better serve small businesses, lenders, and economic development partners.”
CADDA congratulates Sarabeth Sutton on this achievement and looks forward to applying this expanded expertise to further support small business growth, job creation, and community development.
