Savannah Age Management Medicine Co-Owner Participates in Publix Savannah Women’s Marathon Wellness Panel
Tuesday, May 12th, 2026
Savannah Age Management Medicine (SAMM) Co-owner Raechel Halbert recently participated in the Publix Savanah Women’s Half and 5K Women’s Wellness Panel Series.
Halbert was joined by Jayme Limbaugh, who is a clinical exercise physiologist, registered dietitian, clinical cancer exercise specialist, and certified strength and conditioning specialist. In addition, Non-Diet Dietitian Danielle Southern also served as a panelist focusing on tactics related to healing runners and other adults who want a more sustainable relationship between food and exercise.
All three panelists participated in two sessions which addressed issues such as reclaiming your energy, why sleep isn’t always the answer, and the importance of repair and recovery on the other side of performance.
“It was an honor to serve on this panel with like-minded females who are committed to women’s healthcare,” said Halbert. “This event is a catalyst for many as they embark on a path to successfully embrace both their physical and emotional wellbeing. Being surrounded by hundreds of women who are working together to achieve these goals was inspiring!”
Founded in 2010, Savannah Age Management Medicine specializes in developing customized protocols for their patients that address hormone optimization, metabolic health, healthy movement and longevity. Their team of medical experts provide services such as bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), GLP-1 guided weight loss, and regenerative therapies like PRP, focusing on creating sustainable health plans that evolve with patients’ goals and lives.
Halbert continued, “Our clinic is committed to creating a space where women can translate complex science into conversations, meeting them where they are and creating an environment where they are in the driver’s seat of their own data, their own symptoms, and their own care. This event was the perfect platform to share SAMM’s mission and commitment to our community.”
