Liberty Regional Medical Center Partners with American Red Cross for Community Blood Drive
Tuesday, June 9th, 2026
Liberty Regional Medical Center (LRMC) is proud to partner with the American Red Cross to host a community blood drive on Friday, June 12, providing local residents with an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through the simple act of donating blood.
Blood donations play a critical role in supporting patients facing surgeries, traumatic injuries, cancer treatments, chronic illnesses, and other medical emergencies. Every donation has the potential to help save multiple lives and ensure blood remains available for those who need it most.
“At Liberty Regional Medical Center, caring for our community extends beyond the walls of our hospital,” said Derek Rozier, Chief Executive Officer of LRMC. “Partnering with the American Red Cross for this blood drive allows us to help meet an ongoing healthcare need while giving our staff, patients, and community members the opportunity to make a direct and lasting difference in the lives of others.”
The blood drive will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Liberty Regional Medical Center, located at 462 E.G. Miles Parkway in Hinesville. Community members are encouraged to schedule an appointment in advance, although walk-ins may be accepted as availability allows.
