Savannah Announces Renovation of Forsyth Park Tennis Courts

Tennis players in Savannah can expect improvements at one of the city’s most popular recreational facilities as renovations to the Forsyth Park tennis courts are scheduled to begin later this month.
The project is part of the City of Savannah’s Recreation Reimagined initiative and is funded through the Fiscal Year 2026 Capital Improvement Program.
City officials say the renovation will include replacing deteriorated tennis courts and fencing while also upgrading site amenities with new asphalt pavement and sport-specific court surfacing designed to improve safety, playability and the overall user experience.
