Thomas and Hutton Announces Environmental Leadership Transitions

Thomas & Hutton (T&H), a privately held, employee-owned professional services firm known for its award-winning culture and 80 years of shaping communities across the Southeast, announces two leadership transitions within the firm’s Environmental practice: the promotion of Tyler Davidek, PE, to Environmental Group Leader in Savannah and the upcoming relocation of Matt Frazier, PE where he will serve as Environmental Group Leader for the firm’s Nashville office.

Tyler Davidek, PE, has been promoted to Environmental Group Leader in Savannah. In this role, he provides leadership and technical oversight for environmental project teams, supports project delivery, and helps strengthen client relationships across the region. Tyler brings more than eight years of experience in water resources engineering, with expertise in water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, pump stations, and treatment facilities. His experience includes utility infrastructure design, treatment process improvements, and State Revolving Fund applications for clients ranging from private developments to regional utilities. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Michigan State University, is a licensed Professional Engineer in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Ohio, and Michigan.

Matt Frazier, PE, will relocate from Savannah later this year and transition into the role of Environmental Group Leader for the Nashville office. Matt has been a strong leader within the Environmental practice, known for his technical expertise, client relationships, and collaborative approach. He will begin transitioning into his new leadership responsibilities ahead of his move to support continued growth in the Nashville market. Matt is a licensed Professional Engineer in Georgia, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
