Thomas & Hutton (T&H), a privately held and employee-owned professional services firm known for its award-winning culture and 80 years of shaping communities across the Southeast, congratulates Jim Collins, PE, Senior Vice President/Regional Director, following ULI Atlanta's announcement of its FY2027 ULI Savannah Satellite Leadership Team. Jim will serve as an At-Large Member of the leadership team.

ULI Savannah, a satellite of ULI Atlanta, connects public- and private-sector leaders to advance responsible land use and address development opportunities and challenges across the Savannah region. As an At-Large Member, Jim will contribute his industry and regional experience while supporting ULI's efforts to connect professionals, exchange ideas, and strengthen communities.

Jim brings more than 40 years of experience in land development and infrastructure design, permitting, and construction. As Regional Director, he oversees staff engaged in all facets of civil design, including residential, commercial, and industrial development. Jim is a licensed Professional Engineer in Georgia and earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. His community and professional involvement includes service with organizations such as Startup Savannah, Georgia Tech Savannah Advisory Board, SAGIS Board, and Hibernian Society of Savannah Foundation.
