Savannah-Chatham County Public School System students, graduates, families and community members seeking their next career opportunity are invited to attend RISE Job Palooza on Wednesday, September 2, at Enmarket Arena.

The annual career fair brings together employers from across the eight-county Savannah region and job seekers seeking employment opportunities. Last year’s event had 124 employers actively hiring and attracted more than 2300 job seekers.

For SCCPSS students, graduates, families, and community members, Job Palooza provides an opportunity to meet employers face-to-face, explore current and future job openings, and make connections that can lead to rewarding careers.

The Savannah-Chatham County Public School System will be among the employers at Job Palooza, with opportunities available in a variety of areas. Current openings can be found on the SCCPSS SchoolSpring job board.

• Bus Drivers
• Fleet Mechanics
• Paraprofessionals

• Purchasing Manager
• Director of Budgeting

Admission and parking are free!

• The first 300 job seekers will receive a voucher good for a meal that day at Enmarket Arena. To receive, job seekers will need to complete a short survey.

• Job seekers are encouraged to bring copies of their résumé and be prepared to meet employers directly. If you do not have a résumé, WorkSource Coastal will provide résumé creation, updating and printing assistance on-site.

• Employers participating in the event represent communities across Bryan, Bulloch, Candler, Chatham, Effingham, Evans, Liberty and Screven counties.
