Jubilee Pour: A Taste of Culture, Community and Savannah's Marshside

Staff Report From Georgia CEO

Tuesday, August 25th, 2026

Chosen For The Arts will introduce Jubilee Pour of Liberation on Saturday, August 29, 2026, beginning at 3:00 p.m. on the scenic grounds of Bethesda.

A signature experience of the 2026 Savannah Juneteenth Fine Arts Festival, Jubilee Pour welcomes a curated audience ages 25 and older for an afternoon of food, wine, spirits, live entertainment and fellowship beneath Bethesda’s shaded trees overlooking the marsh.

Guests can sample selections from participating chefs, restaurants, vineyards, spirit brands and professional mixologists while enjoying local artists and a curated collection of specialty vendors.

More than a tasting event, Jubilee Pour offers guests an opportunity to discover new flavors, shop, connect, move to the music and settle in as the sun lowers over the marsh.

THE LADIES OF SOUTHERN CUISINE TAKE CENTER STAGE

Jubilee Pour will spotlight Southern culinary talent through food, personality and storytelling. Chef Peavely will host the sold-out VIP Dinner Experience, offering guests an intimate meal as evening settles over the marsh.

During the main event, Gina Willis of What’s Gina Cooking and Chef April Nicole will lead live cooking demonstrations. Gina’s warmth and love of food will welcome guests into the inspiration and preparation behind her featured creation. Chef April Nicole will bring her expressive style and creative approach to transforming familiar ingredients into memorable dishes.

Guests will have an opportunity to watch the chefs at work, hear the stories behind their recipes and enjoy select samples.

“Jubilee Pour is an invitation to slow down and enjoy the way food, culture and fellowship naturally bring people together,” said Patricia Perry, Executive Director of Chosen For The Arts and the Savannah Juneteenth Fine Arts Festival. “Come for the food, wine, spirits and fellowship—and stay for the sunset.”
