A new creative production space has officially arrived in downtown Statesboro.

Paros Studios, located at 24 Oak Street, specializes in videography, photography, and high-end video editing. Owned by filmmaker and longtime Statesboro resident Justin Peay, the full-service production studio officially opened its doors in May after starting construction in late July 2025.

While the company is widely recognized across the region for its wedding films, Paros also produces commercials and branded content for regional businesses and organizations.

Peay, who has called Statesboro home since 1995 and attended Georgia Southern University, brings more than 21 years of video production experience to the venture. After previously spending eight years working downtown, Peay said he wanted his new studio to be a part of the area’s growing creative economy.
