Thomas & Hutton (T&H), a privately held, employee-owned professional services firm known for its award-winning culture and 80 years of shaping communities across the Southeast, is pleased to announce that William Wallace, PE, has earned his Professional Engineer (PE) license in Georgia, and joins the University of Georgia (UGA) College of Engineering Alumni Board.

Will is a Designer in T&H’s Savannah office with five years of experience in civil site development. He specializes in site design, permitting, and client coordination for a variety of residential, mixed-use, and community development projects across Coastal Georgia. His project experience includes serving as lead designer for several multifamily developments, including The Averly Richmond Hill, Silas Park, The Current at Rice Creek, Marion Lake Apartments, and Apartments at The Green, as well as the Bryan County Fisherman's Co-Op and Boat Ramp project.

In addition to his project work, Will remains actively involved with the University of Georgia College of Engineering. He recently joined the College of Engineering Alumni Board. The board brings together recent UGA engineering graduates who dedicate their time and perspectives to strengthening lifelong connections between alumni and the College. Board members help guide College initiatives and serve as ambassadors for Bulldog Engineering across the nation and within their respective fields.

Will earned his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Georgia in 2020 and holds a GSWCC Level II Certification. His professional licensure and appointment to the Alumni board reflects his continued commitment to technical excellence and delivering high-quality solutions for clients and communities throughout the region.
