Effingham County Residents Invited to Help Shape $80 Million Investment

Project Camellia is committing $80 million to Effingham County, and residents are being asked to help guide the allocation of that investment.
The first focus is parks and recreation, including potential investments in trails, playgrounds, a splash pad, and an aquatic center. The community survey closes September 30.
Local nonprofits and community organizations are also invited to share their needs and priorities through a separate interest form.
