Since joining the firm's Savannah office in 2025, Dillard has contributed to the civil/site and water resources projects for local governments and private-sector clients throughout Southeast Georgia. Her experience spans public facilities, water infrastructure, roadway improvements and residential development. Recent projects include the Wayne County Courthouse Addition, Augusta Juvenile Court, City of Savannah I&D Water Treatment Plant, Guyton New Haven Turning Lane and Bryan County McAllister Cove Phase 4A.

Dillard earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
