Mike Hughes, PE Promoted to Vice President of Standards and Development at Thomas & Hutton

Thomas & Hutton (T&H), a privately held, employee-owned professional services firm known for its award-winning culture and 80 years of shaping communities across the Southeast, has promoted Mike Hughes, PE to Vice President of Standards and Development.
In this firmwide role, Mike leads efforts to strengthen engineering standards, quality processes, peer reviews, technical training, and project delivery. He also directs T&H University, the firm’s centralized learning hub, which gives employees consistent, easy access to courses, learning materials, and resources as they build skills, pursue licensure, and prepare for greater responsibility.
