Romano Italian Grill Downtown Celebrates Grand Opening on September 22nd

Romano Italian Grill is expanding its presence in Savannah with the grand opening of its Downtown location at 2019 Habersham Street. The community is invited to celebrate the new location on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. 
 
The grand opening marks an exciting next chapter for Romano Italian Grill as the restaurant continues to grow and serve the Savannah community. The celebration will give guests an opportunity to experience the Downtown location, meet the Romano Italian Grill team, and commemorate the restaurant’s continued expansion. 
 
As part of its commitment to supporting local businesses at every stage of development, the GSBCC will host and lead the grand opening festivities, bringing Chamber leadership, members, community partners, and supporters together to recognize the restaurant’s expansion, celebrate the investment being made along the Habersham Street corridor, and welcome the new location to the neighborhood. 
 
“Business growth deserves to be celebrated, especially when we see entrepreneurs continuing to invest in Savannah,” said Moncello Stewart, President and CEO of the GSBCC. “Our role as a Chamber is to show up for our businesses, connect them with the community, and help create visibility around milestones like this. We’re excited to lead this celebration and invite Savannah to come out and support Romano Italian Grill Downtown.” 
 
The GSBCC regularly hosts grand openings and ribbon cuttings for its members as part of its work to increase business visibility, foster community connections, and recognize entrepreneurial growth throughout the region. 
 
The grand opening is open to the public, and the Savannah community is encouraged to attend and help celebrate Romano Italian Grill Downtown.
