Neil Sharma, Co-Founder and Vice President of Arya Hospitality, has been named to Georgia Trend magazine’s 40 Under 40 for 2026. Now celebrating its 30th anniversary, the annual statewide honor recognizes 40 leaders under 40 who are making an impact across Georgia through professional achievement and community leadership.

Sharma, 39, is an entrepreneur with a growing portfolio of hotels and commercial real estate investments across the Southeast USA. He is known for strategic leadership, disciplined execution, and long-term value creation, and is currently developing his largest hotel and first dual brand, a 146-room Marriott hotel in Port Wentworth/Savannah North, Georgia.

Beyond his business leadership, Sharma serves as community affairs and media coordinator for BAPS Charities in Savannah, where he leads charity walkathons, blood drives, health fairs, and community service initiatives that unite volunteers, businesses, and nonprofits across the region.

A husband, eldest son, and father of two sons, Sharma strives to lead with humility and purpose. He draws inspiration from the words of his late guru, Pramukh Swami Maharaj: “In the joy of others, lies our own.

“I’m honored to be recognized among this year’s 40 Under 40 — right under the wire before I age out,” said Sharma. “To see my name among such visionaries such as Tyler Perry, Warrick Dunn, and Sara Blakely, who have all shared this distinction, leaves me truly humbled. I’m grateful to my family and to the many business and community partners I work alongside every day, including those who nominated me. This work is never solo.”
