Most recently, she served as Facilities Design, Construction and Maintenance Coordinator for Milwaukee Recreation, where she directed an $8 million to $36 million annual capital construction program and led delivery of a $60 million community center project, coordinating architecture and engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to keep scope, schedule, and budget on track.

Over her career, Zimmerman has managed capital construction projects ranging from $200,000 to $37 million, overseen a $168 million capital program, and secured more than $8.5 million in grant funding and external partnerships to support public infrastructure and parks projects. Her background also includes securing over $3 million in funding for land acquisition efforts that preserved more than 1,700 acres of public land in Wisconsin.

“Pam brings two decades of experience delivering complex capital projects and securing the funding to make them happen, which is exactly the kind of expertise our clients need as we grow across coastal Georgia and South Carolina. We're excited to have her on the team,” said Craig Zuk, Director of Institutional Development.

A Fellow of the American Society of Landscape Architects (FASLA), Zimmerman is a licensed Landscape Architect in the State of Wisconsin and holds a B.S. in Landscape Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she graduated with honors. She has served in leadership roles within ASLA, including Vice President of Communications for the organization's Washington, D.C. chapter, and is an active member of the National Recreation and Park Association and the City Parks Alliance. Her project work has earned numerous honors, including multiple Milwaukee Mayor's Design Awards, Wisconsin ASLA Design Awards, and an Engineering News-Record Best Project of the Year recognition.

“I'm excited to join Coleman Company and bring my experience in capital project delivery and grant funding to a firm that's clearly investing in its people and its communities. I'm looking forward to helping clients turn ambitious projects into funded, built reality.” said Pamela Zimmerman, Senior Project Manager and Grant Administrator.
