Historic Savannah Landmark Sells for $8.2M

Savannah’s iconic Cotton Exchange has been sold, according to Engel & Völkers realtors. The building sold for $8.2 million to Cotton Exchange, LLC.
The exchange was purchased on September 28, 2026, according to Engel & Völkers. It was posted for sale in December of 2025. The building will be repurposed into a natural history museum that will be open to the public.
