Jonathan Hulme, PE Joins Thomas & Hutton as a Water Resources Project Manager

Thomas & Hutton (T&H), a privately held and employee-owned professional services firm known for its award-winning culture and 80 years of shaping communities across the Southeast, is pleased to welcome Jonathan Hulme, PE to the firm's Savannah office as a Water Resources Project Manager.

Jonathan earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Georgia Southern University. He is a Professional Engineer licensed in Georgia and has served as an enlisted soldier and officer in the Georgia Army National Guard. Jonathan previously managed maritime and port design projects and most recently led municipal infrastructure projects as the Effingham County Engineer.

As a Water Resources Project Manager, Jonathan will manage water resources projects from proposal development through design and construction, coordinating with clients, contractors, consultants, agencies, and multidisciplinary teams. His responsibilities will include watershed studies, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, stormwater planning and design, erosion and sediment control, permitting, and capital improvement projects. He will also manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets while providing technical guidance and mentorship to project teams.
