SunCap Property Group has acquired a ±65-acre site at Pine Meadow Drive and Pine Barren Road in Pooler, Georgia, where it plans to develop Pine Meadow Logistics Park, a two-building Class A industrial project totaling ±959,822 square feet. Colliers Savannah has been selected to provide exclusive leasing services for the development.

Pine Meadow Logistics Park will include Building A, a ±606,323-square-foot crossdock facility, and Building B, a ±353,499-square-foot rear load facility. Both buildings are scheduled for delivery in October 2027. The project is designed to accommodate modern distribution and logistics users with Class A specifications in the Savannah market’s most highly sought after submarket.

Located within Pooler’s established industrial corridor, the site is approximately 2 miles from I-95, 3.5 miles from I-16, and 6.7 miles from the Port of Savannah’s Garden City Terminal.
