‘The District’ Zoning Request Denied by Pooler City Council

A rezoning request for a multi-use project, which included 1,000 multi-family homes, two hotels, retail spaces and a gas station, was denied by Pooler City Council.
The request was denied by a vote of 4-2 at Monday’s council session, a city of Pooler spokesperson told WSAV.
