Marcus & Millichap Arranges $2.7M Sale of Newly Built Dutch Bros Property in Statesboro
Staff Report From Georgia CEO
Wednesday, November 4th, 2026
Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a newly built, 950-square-foot Dutch Bros property in Statesboro, Georgia, for $2.7 million.
“The buyer jumped at the opportunity to acquire a newly constructed Dutch Bros near a university campus with a corporate-backed absolute triple-net lease,” said Chris Lind, senior managing director investments. “It was an ideal fit for the out-of-state family trust, which was purchasing outside of a 1031 exchange and already owns similar net-leased properties.”
Lind, Mark Ruble and Zack House, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Phoenix office, in association with John Leonard, Marcus & Millichap's Georgia broker of record, represented the buyer, an Arizona limited liability company, in the transaction. The seller was a Florida limited liability company.
Located at
23950 U.S. Highway 80, the property was built in 2026 and sits on a 0.84-acre parcel. The property is occupied by Dutch Bros, a drive-thru coffee chain.
