Executive Director for the Coastal Children's Advocacy Center Rose Grant-Wiseman gives details on the Big Savannah Toy Drive and the ways you support this year's toy drive.

The Big Savannah Toy Drive is now collecting holiday gifts for children served by Coastal Children’s Advocacy Center (CCAC). Participants are encouraged to sign up to sponsor an individual child’s wish list or to donate more general gift items for the kids, such as stocking stuffers, gift cards, games and craft supplies. The toy drive will be accepting donations through Thursday, December 14.

“We always enjoy creating special holiday memories for the children we serve, and a big part of that each year is provided by the Big Savannah Toy Drive,” said Rose Grant-Wiseman, executive director, CCAC. “For over 30 years, CCAC has provided free investigative and therapeutic services to local children who have been victims of abuse. We are delighted to have such a supportive community to help us make the holidays a little brighter for our children and their loved ones.”

The award-winning Big Savannah Toy Drive offers two ways to participate: donors can sign up to fulfill a wish list or they can view a list of CCAC’s suggested gift items by age group at bigsavannahtoydrive.com/ways-to-donate. Gifts should be new, unwrapped items and can dropped off at the following locations during regular business hours:

  • The Eichholz Law Firm (319 Eisenhower Dr., Savannah)

  • 40 Volume Salon and Spa Savannah (816 E 71st St., Savannah)

  • Full Bloom Salon and Dry Bar (105 Grand Central Blvd., Suite 104, Pooler)

  • Greater Pooler Area Chamber of Commerce (305 W Collins St., Pooler)

  • Pure Barre Savannah City Market (10 Whitaker St., Savannah)

  • Pure Barre Savannah Midtown (5521 Abercorn St., Suite 500, Savannah)

On Friday, December 15, the campaign will conclude with a special finale event at The Eichholz Law Firm.

The Big Savannah Toy Drive has been made possible by generous contributions from several local companies, including The Eichholz Law Firm, Good Cause Marketing, A Different Light Photography and TradeBark.
