Veteran Appraiser Johnnie Ganem Teams with Alan Clark to Create The Ganem Group

Johnnie Ganem Appraisal Company, Inc. was established in 1988, and is one of the most recognizable brands within the Coastal Empire real estate industry. Johnnie Ganem has established a highly respected client base by working with area legal and accounting professionals, area property owners, and local banking institutions. In addition to providing valuation services to lenders for collateral underwriting, he has also provided expert witness services for litigation support for a variety of cases such as civil suits, bankruptcy cases, and foreclosure and divorce proceedings. Ganem has also worked with hundreds of area property owners in the valuation of property for estate purposes and property tax appeals. 

Alan Clark, a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in both Georgia and South Carolina, recently acquired Johnnie Ganem Appraisal Company and along with Ganem has formed The Ganem Group. With a combined experience of over 50 years in real estate valuation, management and lending, The Ganem Group will continue to operate as a local valuation and advisory firm. Ganem, a seasoned licensed broker, will be focusing his energies in the areas of brokerage and select valuation assignments while Clark will concentrate on oversight of the valuation practice.

A graduate of Georgia Southern University, Clark has over eight years of valuation experience and has completed over 500 hours of professional education pertaining to the appraisal industry. A background in commercial lending and construction/development management have provided Clark with a strong skill set that is a unique fit within the real estate valuation profession.
