To better respond to existing, as well as new, commercial, healthcare, industrial, and multi-family clients in Savannah, Coastal Georgia, and South Carolina, Rolyn is expanding to open a second Georgia office. The new location will be the company’s ninth office and will be managed by Brian Speckhals.
With over twenty years of construction experience, Brian has an exceptional reputation for keeping his projects on time and within budget. As a hands-on professional, Brian’s practice in the restoration and reconstruction industry is unparalleled ensuring high quality and positive results for clients of all types. He earned a structural engineering degree from the University of Connecticut and has successfully delivered projects from Florida to Rhode Island. Brian holds IICRC certifications in Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, Water Restoration Technician, and OSHA 10 Hour Safety Certification. He has managed and consulted on over $1 billion dollars of construction and restoration projects and often testifies as an expert witness in the restoration industry. His project experiences range from the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare, multi-unit residential to large scale commercial.
